WEST COASTERS STRATEGIC PLAN
ABOUT
A Strategic Plan is a structured roadmap that defines where an organisation wants to go and how it plans to get there. It captures the vision, purpose, values, key outcomes, and strategy of the organisation.
That is, what are the long term goals of West Coasters and how are we going to get there?
The Strategic Plan is designed in collaboration with all members through a member survey and in-person workshop. West Coasters wants to hear from past and present players, parents, coaches, umpires, and life members. If you've been a part of the club in any way, you are encouraged to participate. The more people who get involved, the better.
MEMBER SURVEY
The Member Survey consists of approximately 30 questions. It covers your views on overall satisfaction, club identity, club culture, balance of competitiveness and fun, development and training, and future club identity, priorities and investment. The questions will be a mix of checkboxes, sliding scales, and free text options. It should take about 15 minutes to complete.
The survey must be completed by someone over the age of 18. We encourage parents to complete the survey with their child(ren).
The survey will open Monday, June 8th and close Monday, June 22nd. Check back here (and in your emails) for the survey link.
Complete the survey within the first week to win 1 of 3 early bird prizes ($50 giftcard).
Complete the survey at any time to go in the running to win a $400 giftcard.
STRATEGIC PLAN WORKSHOP
The Strategic Plan Workshop is where the actual plan will be made! It will consist of reviewing the results of the members survey, provides an opportunity for members to provide further feedback, and the actual development of West Coaster's Strategic Plan.
The workshop is open to players over the age of 15, parents, coaches, umpires, and life members.
The workshop will be held Sunday, June 28th, 10am - 12:30pm and Kingsway Indoor Stadium.
You must attend the workshop to claim the $400 member survey prize.
